Limited Liability Company Instrumental Plant «LEZO» - a leading innovative enterprise, established on February 1, 2007 on the technical basis of tool shops of the plant «Hydrosyla», one of the largest manufacturers of hydraulic power machines and hydraulic system components in Eastern Europe, and a plant of «Elvorti» («Krasnaya Zvezda» in the past) – a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of agricultural machinery.
Technological equipment of the plants provided the entire production process - from casting of blanks to testing of finished products, and its own tool production provided the plants with casting tools, cutting and measuring tools, molds for products made of polymer materials, plastic and rubber and other complex tools.
Over the following years the company has been re-equipped and mastered new, modern technologies, which allowed to significantly expand the list of complex tooling manufactured by partners and offered to potential customers.
Currently, the team of the Tool Factory «LEZO» is categorized as experts in development and production:
- high-precision casting molds for parts made of various non-ferrous metals;
- modeling tooling;
- molds for products made of polymeric materials, plastic and rubber;
- a variety of dies for various purposes;
- high-tech cutting and inspection tools.

The plant also offers a heat treatment process carbon, alloyed, heat-resistant steels, step hardening and threefold tempering of BÖHLER steels, hardening of high-speed steels in salt baths.

The production capabilities of the LESO Tool Plant cover 7480 square meters of production space. The machine park consists of universal lathes, milling machines, planing machines, optical grinding machines, circular grinding machines, profile grinding machines, coordinate grinding machines, as well as coordinate boring machines, machining centers (DAHLIH 860, DAHLIH 1020, MILL 1, DMG MORI (DMC-1150V) and has an EDM piercing machine CMER CM434C and an EDM wire-cutting machine Mitsubishi FA20.
The company has the ability to perform design and development work on the design of foundry, technological equipment, molds according to the customer's technological task with subsequent manufacturing. Experienced employees of the design bureau of KIZ LESO LLC are involved in design and development work.
